Pumpkin Spice Mix



Once fall rolls around i'm constantly craving this warm comforting flavour. Store bought spice mix can be convenient but this blend can be mixed up in less than 5 minutes and it is great to have on hand. You most likely already have the ingredients sitting in your pantry! Once it's all prepped you can add it to lattes, muffins, stewed fruit, pies, cookies, loaves, and so much more!


Simply add all your favourite seasonal spices like cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice and clove into a jar and shake!


  • 1 1/2 tbsp ground cinnamon

  • 2 tsp ground ginger

  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg

  • 1/8 tsp ground clove

  • 1/8 tsp allspice

  • 1/8 tsp fresh ground black pepper


You can taste test and adjust to your preference. Some may want a little more nutmeg while others may want a little more heat from additional clove or pepper.


I store mine in a small mason jar and use it up within 6 months (if it lasts that long).
