During this Virtual Initial Consultation we will discuss your current health concerns, your medical history and lifestyle. Approximately 4 business days later I will send you a completely individualized nutrition plan including a comprehensive report, specific nutrient dense meal examples, lifestyle changes and supplement recommendations if necessary.
During this 30 minute virtual follow up appointment we will discuss your progress on the nutrition plan and any changes that need to be made. It is important to understand that improving your eating habits takes time. There is no one-fit-all approach and as such, it is necessary to have guidance throughout your program. When we work together, you will be more successful in reaching your health goals.

This service is a completely customized 7 day meal plan. Click the book now button and schedule a time slot. Once booked in, I will email you an in-depth meal plan assessment form. Once this has been submitted back to me, I will create your meal plan taking into account your health goals, likes and dislikes. The meal plan includes nutrient dense recipes to inspire you on your path to wellness!
