ABOUT ME

Welcome to AVO Nutrition! I'm Caelin Folsom, a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and mother of two little boys! My passion is to help you nourish your body naturally before, during and after pregnancy.
Having worked in the natural healthcare field for a decade, I have become very passionate about women's health. In 2017 I enrolled at The Canadian School of Natural Nutrition and began my journey to receive my designation as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist. My goal is to support women by educating them on how to nourish their body with nutrient-rich whole foods and other lifestyle factors. I believe that holistic care is vital in optimizing health and overall wellness. I have experienced motherhood as well as infertility and recurrent pregnancy loss. My own journey has given me the purpose to provide guidance and support to other women during this incredibly vulnerable time.
My practice is based on using whole foods as preventative medicine and to restore natural balance. I specialize in families who are trying to conceive, and those who are going through infertility, miscarriage, pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. For more information on how we can work together, head over to my services page. I am a proud member of the CSNN Alumni Association and in good standing with the CAHN-PRO Association.
When i’m not at work you can find me chasing after my two little boys, herding my flock of chickens, planting a garden or out in the woods. I look forward to meeting you soon!
